Whether your ideal celebration is an Elopement for two or dinner and dancing with close family and friends, Forest Suites guarantees a perfect wedding day. Choose from a variety of all-inclusive wedding packages, designed to make your wedding planning seamless and worry-free.
Our all-inclusive Ceremony & Reception packages are best suited for groups of 20 or more.

Champagne and Rose Package
The Champagne and Rose Package is designed around a ceremony in our rustic mountain chapel.
This package includes:
- Two night’s stay in our Honeymoon Suite
- Chapel Rental and Ceremony Fees
- The Officiant and their fees
- California Confidential Wedding license
- Use of the Chapel for one full hour, set with Chiavari Chairs
- Up to 40 persons allowed (can grow to 50 persons with additional fees)
- Day-of wedding and ceremony coordination with music
- Floral Package of Bouquet & Boutonnière
- A Two Hour cocktail style reception immediately following the ceremony
- Two Tier Wedding Cake
- Champagne/Cider Toast
- Table linens with various color options
- A soundsystem for background music and First Dance
- Bar Area Rental, Setup Fees, and Bartending Service
- $400 Catering Allotment, to use towards Hors D'Oeuvres, Lunch, or Dinner
- $100 Bar Tab towards Beer & Wine
Sierra Beach Package
The Sierra Beach Package is ideal for those seeking to incorporate breathtaking Lake Tahoe views into their I Do’s.
This package includes:
- Two night’s stay in our Honeymoon Suite
- The Officiant and their fees
- California Confidential Wedding license
- Ceremony located on one of Lake Tahoe’s most beautiful beaches, less than a mile from our hotel (Ceremony to include wedding arbor, white folding garden chairs, ceremony music, and parking)
- Chapel reserved as a backup in case of inclement weather
- Up to 40 persons allowed (can grow to 50 persons with additional fees)
- Day-of wedding and ceremony coordination with music
- Floral Package of Bouquet & Boutonnière
- A Two Hour cocktail style reception immediately following the ceremony
- Two Tier Wedding Cake
- Champagne/Cider Toast
- Table linens in your choice of color, with basic centerpieces
- A soundsystem for background music and First Dance
- Bar Area Rental, Setup Fees, and Bartending Service
- $400 Catering Allotment, to use towards Hors D'Oeuvres, Lunch or Dinner

The Elopement Package
The Elopement Package is the perfect escape for just two people.
This package includes:
- For Two Persons only
- Two nights stay in our Honeymoon Suite
- Chapel Rental and Ceremony fees
- The Officiant and their fees
- California Confidential Wedding license
- Use of the chapel for one full hour
- Day-of ceremony coordination with music
- Floral Package of Bouquet & Boutonnière
- Six-inch wedding cake, with your choice of flavors, and Bottle of Sparkling Wine delivered to your suite
Friends and Family Elopement package
The Friends and Family Elopement package allows the option to bring a few guests to your out of town Elopement.
This package includes:
- Two nights stay in our Honeymoon Suite
- Chapel Rental and Ceremony fees
- The Officiant and their fees
- California Confidential Wedding license
- Up to 25 persons permitted
- Use of the chapel for 1 full hour
- Day-of ceremony coordination with music
- Floral Package of Bouquet & Boutonnière
