WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
- Non-Holiday Bookings: We require a refundable 1-night stay deposit taken at the time of booking. Full payment is taken upon arrival.
- Holiday Bookings: We require a refundable 1-night stay deposit taken at the time of booking. Full payment is taken fourteen (14) days prior to arrival then it becomes non-refundable.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
- Non-Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations during non-holiday dates must be made at least esven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after seven (7) days will forfeit the deposit, which is the first night's rate plus taxes/fees.
- Holiday Cancellations: cancellations for the Christmas/New Year frame must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after fourteen (14) days will forfeit the full value of reservations, plus taxes/fees.
- Non-Refundable Promotions: Non-refundable promotions are 100% non-refundable for any reason.
WHAT IS THE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY?
- Upon check-in, all guests are required to provide a $50 per night incidental deposit. This deposit can only be held via credit card, as cash is not accepted for the incidental deposit. Upon checkout, any funds not used towards incidentals or payments will be released.
HOW MUCH IS THE DAILY RESORT FEE AND WHATS INCLUDED?
- Each Reservation is charged a taxable $30 per night Resort Amenities Fee. This Resort Amenities fee includes:
- Daily Hot American Breakfast, served in the Lobby from 6:30am-10am
- Parking, with some covered parking available (one car per hotel room or one bedroom, two cars per two bedroom)
- High Speed WIFI, in the units and throughout the resort (up to 4 devices and/or higher speeds available for an additional fee)
- Local CA and NV calls
WHERE DO I PARK?
- Self parking is available to all overnight guests with valid parking pass. Spaces are not reserved and are first come, first serve. Parking passes are given upon check-in.
DOES THE RESORT HAVE A RESTAURANT?
- While Breakfast is included in each stay, Forest Suites Resort does not offer a restaurant on-site. However, many dining options are available within very short walking distance.
DOES THE RESORT HAVE A GYM
- Yes, our Fitness Center is open from 7am to 10pm and offers a variety of cardio machines and free weights

DOES THE RESORT OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE?
- Forest Suites Resort has several coin operated, self use laundry facilities on site. Laundry detergent is available for purchase at the Front Desk.
IS THE RESORT PET FRIENDLY?
- Yes, Forest Suites Resort is pet friendly. Please see our Pet Page for more details.
IS THE RESORT NON SMOKING?
- Yes. Forest Suites Resort is a nonsmoking property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in our units or within 20 feet of door and entryways. Smoking is permitted in certain areas of the Resort, and are denoted with a Cigarette Disposal sign and container.
DOES THE RESORT OFFER ROLLAWAY BEDS OR CRIBS?
- Yes, rollaway beds and cribs are available. You can request these items by calling Guest Services at 800-822-5950
- Cribs are free of charge and based on availability
- Rollaways are $15 per night before tax, are based on availability, are not available in the standard Hotel Rooms and only one rollaway is permitted per Suite, per Fire Marshal Regulations.
HOW CLOSE IS HEAVENLY VILLAGE AND THE HEAVENLY GONDOLA?
